Unless this is somehow a clever decoy from Microsoft (unlikely at this point), it looks like this picture pretty much confirms the design of the Xbox 360.

The top/side of this unit appears to be the hard drive slot, squint and you’ll notice “40GB” engraved on the black panel. Also check out the arrow on the drive tray eject button, it’s now facing a different direction compared to the previous photo.
