Joystiq readers have discovered that upon loading up the Playstation 3 website, A small but distinct Apple logo can be seen just above the controller.

The site has now been fixed but you can still view the original page here (and hi-res screenshot here). From the article:

We called Sony’s PR and, after a few tries, they finally saw it, too. They were as surprised as we are. After finally seeing it, their response: "that’s f—king funny." The PR firm is looking into it. We’ll keep you posted as the story develops.

Some readers have commented that the logo could be a watermark embedded in the smoke effect, indeed, since the watermark was removed the smoke effect is also absent - Leaving many to believe that Sony’s webmasters have used a trial version of one of Apple’s products.
