EA have announced the release date of the next Fifa game. Fifa 07 will be released on September 29^th on PS2, PC, GameCube, GBA, DS, Xbox and Mobile. The Xbox 360 version is set to follow soon after, but this is not yet confirmed.

Also, EA Sports have announced their sponsorship of the team Accrington Stanley with back of shirt sponsorship for the whole season, and front of shirt for selected games.

Accrington Stanley were famously mentioned in the 1980’s adverts for milk, where 2 irritating kids in Liverpool shirts are looking for a drink and decide that milk is best because Ian Rush said so.
