F.E.A.R. Combat Arrives // F.E.A.R. Strikes the PS3

Yesterday, Sierra Entertainment released the multiplayer portion of its critically acclaimed shooter, F.E.A.R. on the Internet for free. The game is known as F.E.A.R. Combat and has every feature of the multiplayer retail version, including weapons, maps, game modes, and the ability to use custom content.
Users are required to obtain a keycode for the game here, and obtain a copy of the game is available for download through BitTorrent, Sierra’s official FTP server, GameSpot, FilePlanet, or Xfire.
In other F.E.A.R. news, Sierra has announced the development of F.E.A.R. for the Sony PlayStation 3. It is being developed by Day 1 Studios, who are also working on the Microsoft Xbox 360 version of the game. This PS3 version will contain exclusives for the console, although it is unknown what they are. F.E.A.R. for the PS3 will also be a launch title, so it will be available for purchase on November 17.
