Zelda: Twilight Princess Update
October 4th, 2006 by monty | General, Nintendo Wii
With the Wii release scheduled only a few months away and the long awaited Zelda: Twilight Princess as a release title, game director Eiji Aonuma has given us some new juicy details to get our interest stirring.
- The game will be 70 hours long, and include at least as many dungeons as Ocarina of Time (which had 9).
- Because of the Wiimote, Link will be right handed in Twilight Princess.
- … but will remain left handed in the GameCube version.
- The title takes place after Ocarina of Time chronologically.
- Link will be transformed into the Werewolf near waterfalls.
- Wolf-Link will gain new abilities as game progresses
- Wolf-Link will have heightened sense, making it easier to find hidden objects.
- The horse will be with Link from the beginning, and will be faster than Epona from Ocarina of Time.
- The game will not have any multiplayer features.
With most games averaging at around 10 - 15 hours of game play, this game should not disappoint when it comes to length.
